‘X2’ writers Dougherty and Harris return for ‘Apocalypse’.

X-MEN: APOCALYPSE director Bryan Singer tweeted out this photo of himself at a writing session with Simon Kinberg (X-Men: Days of Future Past) and returning “X2: X-Men United” scribes Mike Dougherty and Dan Harris! With no comic books in sight, the crew exchanged ideas for the film, which releases on May 27, 2016.

Singer typed “It’s snowing in Egypt!” It literally has been snowing there (crazy), so I’m not sure if he’s just stating the obvious or if they decided to include this strange phenomenon in the screenplay.

  1. With these four working on it. I tend to belive this will be a movie that will be a restored timeline after DOFP, with the original trilogy actors.
