Don’t expect a X-MEN: APOCALYPSE trailer with Fox’s ‘The Martian.’

The first trailer for X-MEN: APOCALYPSE is not scheduled to play with Fox’s ‘The Martian,’ as originally speculated by Heroic Hollywood. Trailer release documents via Deluxe Digital Cinema show that Fox will instead attach trailers for their upcoming films ‘Joy’ and  ‘The Revenant.’

The more likely candidate for theatrical release is with ‘Spectre’ on November 6th. That matches pretty close with how Fox released DOFP’s first trailer on October 29th in 2013.

Whenever it’s released, you can bet it will be hyped via director Bryan Singer and the official X-Men social media accounts.

Thanks ‘Matt R’ for the heads up!

  1. I don’t even know why people expected it to be attached with the Martian. The trailer for Civilian’s War has yet to be released and that film comes out first. Plus DOFP’s first trailer came out late October not early October.
