Set in the X-Men universe, the show follows David Haller (Dan Stevens), who learns that there may be more to his mental visions than just an schizophrenia. With the help of therapist Melanie Bird (Jean Smart) and his friend Lenny (Aubrey Plaza), David seeks to learn more about himself, before he fully loses sense of what’s real and what’s not.
There’s not a ton of new footage, but it does give a peak into the project, which is being made by FX Networks and Marvel TV. It’s unknown how much of the show will actually connect to the films, but longtime X-Men producers Lauren Shuler Donner, Bryan Singer and Simon Kinberg are part of the producing team.
