Christopher, a young mutant, finds himself in the middle of a destructive cosmic event. As days on Earth get darker, Christopher learns that an alien army called “The Kring” are singling out humans, threatening to eradicate the entire species from the planet.

Texas-born Christopher Jones has the uncanny ability to secrete highly flammable fluids from his body, which ignite on impact. His powers manifested at the age of 16 when he accidentally burned his family house down. A runaway, Christopher treks to New Orleans and lives off the cash he “borrowed” from his mother. After a deadly cosmic event, he befriends a mysterious mutant named Unknown who changes his life forever.
Marlee
Highly intelligent and a great thinker, Marlee Xavier learns of a global threat that inspires her to recruit a unique group of mutants to aid in battle with a mysterious cosmic entity. She comes from a long line of telepaths. Marlee’s motives appear to be clear on the surface, though underneath the rigid layers lies a unsettling, dark secret.
Bee
Tough-as-nails and a loyal friend, Bee’s powers give her insect-like compound eyes (hundred of single eyes arranged next to each other, each with its own lens) and the ability to fly via two small wings on her back. She harnesses a powerful and debilitating stinger, which can paralyze her enemies…and sometimes kill!
Unknown
His birth-name, age and background remain shrouded in secrecy. Unknown claims that he no longer ages and is believed to have been around for centuries, though he physically looks to be in his 20′s. His powers are vast and not fully explained. He has demonstrated the tremendous ability to create personal “black holes,” which he uses for teleportation and can adapt/ manipulate his body in any way he sees fit.
Zach
Brooklyn-born Zach Thomas has increased access to his brain, which gives him the ability to recall any previous event in his life, including remembering every word spoken, every image and every minute detail. He claims he is a mutant, though certain XTREME members have their doubts.
Mara
Spaniard Mara Zapatero joined THE XTREME after being saved by Unknown in her native country. While she understands English, she mostly speaks in her foreign language. Mara has the ability to make objects, such as herself, become partially or wholly invisible to various electromagnetic spectrums.
Jade
Obsessed with Medusa and Greek mythology as a child, Jade Curtis eventually shared a common trait with her favorite Gorgan. At 15, she gained the strange ability of releasing venomous snakes from her hair at will. She’s telepathically linked to the mysterious creatures, which wreack havoc on any threat she chooses. As a reporter for CNTV news, Jade is one of few local celebrity voices for the mutant community.
Mutants
Born to a world that views them as outcasts, mutants range in their powerful superhuman abilities. Some have the ability to emit destructive optic blasts from their eyes, turn into organic diamond and some can even control the weather. While mutant community viewpoints regarding human relations are mixed, there are a select few who fight for those who fear and hate them.
Kring
The Kring are a powerful and dangerous alien army led by King Kring. They are hellbent on destroying humans and mutants on Earth, first by telepathically controlling mutants to kill the humans. They have the ability to teleport across galaxies and manipulate their bodies to survive any environment. Many carry custom made weaponry and are skilled fighters.
