The actress describes her dieting for the role as &#8220;awful&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;It was awful, I was hungry for five months. I\u2019m still pissed about it. I\u2019m slowly working my way back because I have to be able to eat like an a**hole.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The role required Lawrence to drop her clothes and have seven makeup artists apply body paint and prosthetics to her frame during an 8-hour timeframe.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Nothing\u2019s sacred anymore,&#8221; Lawrence says. &#8220;Those girls and I got so close. They were painting me naked every day for months.
