While appearing at New York Comic Con, “Breaking Bad” actor Bryan Cranston<\/strong> was asked which villain he’d be interested in portraying on screen. “It would be Mr. Sinister<\/strong>,” he replied to excited fans during a panel for his upcoming 13-episode animated series, SuperMansion.<\/p>\n

The character debuted<\/a> in Marvel’s ‘Uncanny X-Men,’ briefly mentioned by Sabretooth during a Mutant Massacre crossover as the leader of the Marauders who had sent them to slaughter the Morlock population. He played a major role in the Inferno crossover, where he cloned Madelyne Pryor from Jean Grey for the purpose of having her conceive a child with Cyclops. He has manipulated Cyclops’ life since early childhood and has brought much dismay to the X-Men team.<\/p>\n

If ‘X-Men’ producers plan on bringing Mr. Sinister to the big screen (which may actually happen sooner than you think), they might want to give Cranston a call.<\/p>\n
