actor <strong>Michael Shannon<\/strong> &#8220;has emerged as the frontrunner&#8221; for the ever-important role of <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cable_(comics)\" target=\"_blank\">Cable<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The actor is allegedly &#8220;leading the pack&#8221;
