Portraying the role of Logan across 10 films (11, if you count the his appearance during the Deadpool 2 credits) this will be Jackman’s first time wearing the mask; something everyone wants to see.

“We had a couple of rounds of it,” Jackman said. “When we first started this in 1999, everyone was in black leather. Part of my brain was institutionalized that that’s the way it is. Then gradually watching the Marvel movies, I’m like, ‘This actually looks cool.’ As soon as I put it on, I couldn’t believe I never had before.”

In the video below, Reynolds,Jackman and Levy play a game to see how well they know each other.

Early word is that D&W very much feels like a Deadpool film, retaining the comedy and charm of the first two films. Moving into the greater machine that is Marvel Studios, Levy confirms that the movie isn’t trying to lose what made the franchise popular.

“Deadpool is never going to be a space-battle, save-the-universe franchise,” he said. “It’s a beautifully grounded character. This movie is definitely big in spectacle, but the stakes for Logan, for Wade, are what we anchor into. The multiverse is just a backdrop.”

In the next video, Reynolds, Jackman and Levy discuss how they convinced Marvel Studios to make the film they wanted.

With this being his first film under Marvel Studios, how long does Reynolds see himself playing the merc with a mouth? “I don’t know,” he said. “I could see any version of it. I can imagine a solo movie, being part of an ensemble. I can imagine that this is also the last time.
