Screen Rant — While doing a press junket for the epicness that is PROMETHEUS, Erik aka Magneto actor Michael Fassbender was asked about the untitled X-MEN: FIRST CLASS sequel which releases in theaters on July 18, 2014. The actor said he’s excited to return with the crew and spoke about the challenges of filming a sequel to a blockbuster film:
“It looks like with X-Men we are going to be starting up next year I think, so I’m excited by the prospect of that, and the ideas that have been floating around on that court, and to get back together with that team again.” said Fassbender.
“So you know it’s just about another job, really. It’s just another film isn’t it? Just a continuation of that last one. You go on to one and then when that’s done they have to make it available for you to be ready for the next one, so that’s the only thing. It just means going on to the next film when it’s ready to go.”
What do you want to see in the upcoming “First Class” sequel?

I WISH to see Polaris, to have one subplot with Eric, definetly, and a love connection with Havok.
This is the right time to do it, because in the third part it will be the time to include Scott, Jean and Ororo, finally, to please all the fans of those characters.
