Based on the celebrated comic book arc, this epic action-adventure takes Wolverine, the most iconic character of the X-Men universe, to modern-day Japan. Out of his depth in an unknown world, he will face a host of unexpected and deadly opponents in a life-or-death battle that will leave him forever changed. Vulnerable for the first time and pushed to his physical and emotional limits, he confronts not only lethal samurai steel but also his inner struggle against his own immortality.
Directed by James Mangold, written by Mark Momback and Scott Frank, story by Christopher McQuarrie, the film stars Hugh Jackman as Logan, Rila Fukushima as Yukio, Tao Okamoto as Mariko, Will Yun Lee as Silver Samurai, Svetlana Khodchenkova as Viper, Hiroyuki Sanada as Shingen, Brian Tee as Norubo Mori, Famke Janssen as Jean Grey, and Hal Yamanouchi as Yashida.

But I just wondering, How many years have passed after the events of X3? It tells me, if in XDOFP, they successfully change the reality.. It is more possible that Jean is alive throughout the passed year.. But died at some point?

Anyways given that the old man wants to grant Logan one last wish, and it can’t be to be normal given the adamantium in his body he’d die. Do you think Logan’s next wish would be to bring Jean back? Anyways the trailers make this movie seem like it will do justice for what the origins movie left behind. Can’t wait!
Never mind someone from the crew told a friend of mine her role. Lets just say it’s not a flashback or dream. I’m excited!!
He probably stole the pic. It’s kinda of funny – in movie continuity he barely knew Jean that long. They didn’t interact between X1 and X2, she was “dead” between X2 and X3, then she died again.
Yup, the whole relationship in the movie is unrealistic. They only knew each other for like up to a week.
