Despite having a baby on the way, Halle Berry confirms to BBC Newsbeat that she’ll still don the white wig for Storm in X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST! The actress says that her scenes will be shot “around the bump” and that the script will not be changed… though Storm might miss out on some of the heavier action.
“Storm probably won’t be as badass as she was going to be because we won’t be able to do any fighting or flying or things like that,” says Berry. “She’ll be different than we originally planned her to be but I still think she’ll be an integral part of this new X-Men movie.”
Filming is expected to begin on/around April 15th!
No fighting and no FLYING…well we don’t want her and her baby to be hurt in the filming, but hopefully there can be a true X-Men 4 sequel for Last Stand where she comes back and is really a force to be reckoned with.
Totally understandable but why don’t they just use a stunt double for flight and fight scenes.

Hopefully Storm can still be involved in some fight scenes. Just let the weather do the fighting for her. Would be a shame to not see her flying. Clever cuts, stunt doubles and CGI are your friend, Bryan Singer.
I definitely agree on the CGI! They do so much CGI for Iron Man it is unreal…why not use some for Storm to give her the flight she needs.
yeah.. I guess Halle didn’t signed that she will do literally all of Storm’s fighting scene and flying.. Were living in advance technology now.. Bryan should know that.. there are too many ways to fix the problem.. 😀

if u say so anthony but for my opinion when one person is Pregnant is prohibited to made a sacrafice for her pragnansy speccialy when is a child inside of her so lets give her a rest please cos is bad to do Exercise specialy when she is fighting when she is Pregnant
I totally agree! CGI and Stunt doubles need to happen. Halle can blow us away with her acting and take it easy on the action end but that shouldn’t mean Storm won’t get any action if they’re smart about it.
well, I love the baby.. but not flying and not fighting.. I think they can use some stuntman for that or double.. But i’m pretty sure, she can still create thunderstorm, chain lightning and tornado while on the ground..
I agree as well with the stunts.. but this was the only story (DOFP) where storm could really shine as the weather with.. that incredible force she is ! !!!!!!!!!! DAM IT !!!!

i know right… they need to make up in this movie all the good action that was left out in the first three x men sequels they really need to step they game up with not only storm but with the rest of the xmen too… all mutant powers and stunts need to raise the bar …..and take it to another level ….with CGI and DOFP
NO FIGHT SCENES FOR STORM ,,, NO STUNT DOUBLE,,,,, STORM IS A VITAL PART OF X-MEN AND HER FIGHTING. TO HAVE STORM NOT FLY OR FIGHT THIS MOVIE WILL FLOP ….. WOLVERINE CANT HOLD THE WHOLE MOVIE ON ITS OWN…. STORM IS KNOW FOR HER FIGHTING AND WEATHER MAGIC…… I THINK ILL JUST WAIT FOR THIS MOVIE TO HIT DVD INSTEAD OF WASTING MONEY ON TICKETS AND POPCORN TO SEE IT. HAS THE DIRECTOR HERD OF STUNT DOUBLES….. WOW
