X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST – THE ROGUE CUT comes to Blu-ray, DVD and Digital HD on July 14th, but many fans already have their hands on the alternate cut of the film, which runs 17 minutes longer than the theatrical cut.
The general consensus seems to indicate that it’s a superior cut of the film, allowing things to make more sense within the new framework of storytelling.
Ahead of the official release, Comic Con International fans in San Diego can purchase the Blu-ray for $19.99 + tax at booth #4229 or Nerd HQ. Director Bryan Singer will screen the film tonight at 8pm as part of the festivities.

This should have been the cut in theaters. It's amazing how many little things come from that scene alone that needed to stay in. #RogueCut

Watching @BryanSinger's #RogueCut of #DaysOfFuturePast. All the little additions have made for a much stronger film that was already great.

What I can say about #RogueCut is its the better version of the film but Rogue still didn't have more dialogue and her scenes was still cut

@SirPatStew @RealHughJackman @BryanSinger #RogueCut definitely should have played at the cinema. Logan and Xavier chat at end makes me teary

Ellen Page still does an amazing job in the #RogueCut. I don't feel like the #RogueCut took away her importance. She also has new scenes. 👌

I'd say I was slightly disappointed with the #RogueCut rescue sequence, it's good but it's only about 3-4 minutes. I was expecting longer.
