“Something” is coming soon for DARK PHOENIX, says director Simon Kinberg.

DARK PHOENIX writer and director Simon Kinberg teased fans that “something” is coming soon for the highly-anticipated X-MEN film.

Fan Luan Andrade commented “We hope to see something new from Dark Phoenix soon” on one of Kinberg’s instagram posts about the upcoming The Twilight Zone TV series, which he’s producing. He replied “Thank you. You will see something real real soon.”

It’s been a while since we’ve seen anything from the film since the first trailer hit in late September in 2018. Besides a few photos, the secrecy on this project has been strong. A second trailer is rumored to hit next week or in March at the very latest with Marvel Studios’ Captain Marvel. Along with that, we can likely expect new photos, cast interviews and another poster as the marketing picks up for it’s June 7th premiere.
