Sony Pictures’ Venom 3 has a new title – Venom: The Last Dance. Will this mark Tom Hardy’s final time suiting up as a symbiote? We’d be surprised, but, if so, hopefully he goes out with a bang! We’ll find out when the film releases in theaters on October 25, 2024 – just in time for Halloween!
Joining Hardy are actors Juno Temple, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and Clark Backo in undisclosed roles. Venom and Venom: Let There Be Carnage writer Kelley Marcel returns and is also making her directorial debut.
As usual with most Sony Spider-Man Universe films, plot details are well under wraps. Will Venom finally face off against a Spider-Man or Spider-Woman? Will Morbius and Vulture show up at his door? Will there be another symbiote vs symbiote story? It’s anyone’s guess at this point.
The first two entries grossed over 1.3 billion worldwide on combined estimated budgets of around $226 million.
