the SUPER: DC Studios’ SUPERMAN Casts Martha And Jonathan Kent

According to The Wrap, director James Gunn has found his “Ma and Pa Kent” for DC Studios’ Superman, which is currently in production for a July 11, 2025 theatrical release. Neve Howell (Logan Lucky, My Fellow Americans) will portray Clark Kent’s mother, Martha, and Pruitt Taylor Vince (Identity, Bird Box) will play Jonathan Kent.

The upcoming film stars David Corenswet as Superman, Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor, Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl, Nathan Fillion as Green Lantern (Guy Gardner), Wendell Pierce as Perry White, Skyler Gisondo as Jimmy Olsen, Anthony Carrigan as Metamorpho, Edi Gathegi as Mister Terrific, Sara Sampaio as Eve Teschmacher, María Gabriela de Faría as The Engineer, Terence Rosemore as Otis, with Sean Gunn as Maxwell Lord, and Milly Alcock rumored to make her debut as Supergirl.
