Marvel Studios’ Deadpool & Wolverine moved up to the no. 14 spot after its 13th weekend at the box office. Playing in 1,525 theaters in the United States (Disney added 535 theaters from last week), director Shawn Levy’s film pulled in $679K (-13.2% drop) for a domestic total of $636.3 million.
Internationally, it has a $699.4 million haul, bringing the worldwide total to $1.33 billion.
Rounding out the top 10 is Smile 2 ($23M), The Wild Robot ($10.1M), Terrifier 3, ($9.3M), Beetlejuice Beetlejuice ($5M), We Live in Time ($4.185M), Joker: Folie a Deux ($2.18M), Piece by Piece ($3.8M), Transformers One ($1.965M), Saturday Night ($1.8M) and The Nightmare Before Christmas ($1.129M).
Deadpool & Wolverine is the second biggest film of 2024 domestically and worldwide, behind Disney’s Inside Out 2. It recently passed Warner Bros. Barbie, making it the 12th highest-grossing film of all time. The movie is now available on digital retailers for purchase & rental. The 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray & DVD arrives in stores this Tuesday, October 22.
