Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios announced a July 24, 2026 theatrical release date for their untitled Spider-Man 4, starring Tom Holland (Spider-Man: No Way Home). The fourth film in Peter Parker’s journey will be directed by Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings’ Destin Daniel Cretton.
That’s a similar release date to this year’s Deadpool & Wolverine, which went on to make more than $1.33 billion at the box office.
This date places the film between Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars, leading many to assume this film will take place on Battleword. Of course, that’s just speculation, and it could take place elsewhere in the MCU timeline.
