Superman writer/director James Gunn announced that a new official trailer will be with us on Wednesday: “I’ve been waiting too long to share this with y’all,” he wrote on social media.
New poster artwork of David Corenswet suited has also been released, showing off the comic accurate costume design.
In his signature style, James Gunn takes on the original superhero in the newly imagined DC universe with a singular blend of epic action, humor and heart, delivering a Superman who’s driven by compassion and an inherent belief in the goodness of humankind.
Arriving in theaters July 11, Superman stars David Corenswet, Rachel Brosnahan, and Nicholas Hoult with Edi Gathegi, Anthony Carrigan, Nathan Fillion, Isabela Merced, Skyler Gisondo, Sara Sampaio, María Gabriela de Faría, Wendell Pierce, Alan Tudyk, Pruitt Taylor Vince and Neva Howell.
