the SUPER: Marvel Television’s IRONHEART – Watch The Official Trailer

Marvel Television has released the official trailer for Ironheart, a new live-action series from producer Ryan Coogler (Black Panther, Sinners) starring Dominique Thorne (Black Panther: Wakanda Forever).

Riri Williams, a brilliant MIT student, creates her own high-tech suit of armor inspired by the legacy of Tony Stark. As she navigates the challenges of being a young, black woman in a male-dominated field, Riri faces a dangerous technological threat that forces her to step into the role of a hero. With the weight of Stark’s legacy on her shoulders, she must decide if she’s ready to embrace her potential as Ironheart.

“Riri is definitely in conversation with a street-level show like Daredevil,” said Coogler (via Marvel). “You’ve got characters trying — both heroes and villains — to make do with what they have.”

Ironheart launches with a 3-episode premiere June 24 at 6pm PT/ 9pm ET on Disney Plus.
