What appears to be Avengers: Doomsday promo artwork of Robert Downey Jr as Doctor Doom has appeared at Disney’s Merchandise Expo in China. The first look features a comic-accurate look for the mega-villain. Whether this is an official look or special artwork made just for the event remains to be seen.
A holographic light show at the event showed off more of Doom, including a cool shot of him holding someone’s skull and spine. Likely Thanos, a homage to a similar moment in the Marvel comics.
Directed by the Russo brothers, Avengers: Doomsday will see the blockbuster combo of The Avengers with X-Men, Fantastic Four, and the Wakandans.
The film arrives in theaters on December 18, 2026.
