Pandora just lit up our timelines again. 20th Century Studios has rolled out a brand-new one-minute promo for Avatar: Fire and Ash, giving another taste of James Cameron’s next massive dive back into the world of the Na’vi.
In addition, another promo hit the internet announcing the news everyone’s been waiting for: tickets are now available. So yeah, it’s time to lock in your seats!
The studio also pushed out a quick reminder that this chapter is meant to be seen on the biggest screen you can find. Check out new posters promoting the various formats the film will be available in: IMAX, 4DX, Dolby, RealD 3D, and ScreenX.
Just like the previous films, the creative team behind this one is stacked. Cameron directs and also co-writes the screenplay with Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver, building off a story that also includes contributions from Josh Friedman and Shane Salerno.
Cameron and Jon Landau are producing, with Richard Baneham, Rae Sanchini, and David Valdes on board as executive producers.
The cast list is massive too, mixing returning favorites and newer faces: Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldaña, Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang, Oona Chaplin, Cliff Curtis, Joel David Moore, CCH Pounder, Edie Falco, David Thewlis, Jemaine Clement, Giovanni Ribisi, Britain Dalton, Jamie Flatters, Trinity Jo-Li Bliss, Jack Champion, Brendan Cowell, Bailey Bass, Filip Geljo, Duane Evans Jr., and Kate Winslet all bring Pandora back to life.
If the promos are any sign of what’s coming, we’re in for another wild, emotional, and visually insane ride. And with tickets officially on sale, the countdown just got a whole lot more real.
Anticipation rises, as Avatar: Fire and Ash arrives in theaters on December 19.
