Warner Bros. has officially dropped the first teaser trailer for Dune: Part Three, giving a first look at the epic third film in Denis Villeneuve’s sci-fi trilogy.

The trailer arrives after the release of character posters teased by Timothée Chalamet, who returns as Paul Atreides.The footage showcases a darker, more intense tone as the story continues adapting elements from Dune Messiah, pushing Paul further into the consequences of his rise to power.

Returning cast members include Zendaya, Florence Pugh, and Rebecca Ferguson, with the film expanding its scope as new and familiar characters collide.

The trailer will play theatrically with Project Hail Mary (not attached, so ask your theaters first), signaling the official start of the film’s marketing campaign on a grand scale. With the trailer rollout, Warner Bros. is positioning the film as one of its biggest releases of the year.
