Update: Here’s a higher quality version of the released Avengers: Doomsday artwork.

WaynePM (@QiaoPM) has shared shots from the Shanghai expo, where Marvel Studios’ Kevin Feige is presenting on Saturday. There’s a massive setup for Avengers: Doomsday, featuring Doctor Doom’s throne, and sets from the X-Men and Fantastic Four universes.
What’s most special is the first concept art from the film, overseen by Andy Park, director of visual development. It shows the lead cast, including mutants Cyclops (James Marsden), Beast (Kelsey Grammer), Mystique (Rebecca Romijn), Nightcrawler (Alan Cumming), Gambit (Channing Tatum), with Magneto (Sir Ian McKellen), and Professor X (Sir Patrick Stewart).
“It’s assembling heroes that might not get along and forcing them to do whats best for the world,” said Feige during the presentation. “Seeing the X-Men, and the Avengers, and the New Avengers and the Fantastic Four together is a dream I never thought would come true.”
Stars Robert Downey Jr. (Doctor Doom), Chris Evans (Steve Rogers), and Chris Hemsworth (Thor) appeared in a video greeting from the set of the Russo brothers highly-anticipated film which combines actors from across the MCU and Marvel multiverse.
With such treats as these, fans are anticipating what Feige will bring to Comic Con International in San Diego later this month, and D23 in August.
Avengers: Doomsday arrives in theaters on December 18, 2026.
