20th Century Fox international has your first look at the new Japanese poster for THE WOLVERINE… or WOLVERINE: SAMURAI as it’s being called in the country. Released via the official Japanese Facebook and Twitter, the artwork features Hugh Jackman as Logan “torn between life and death,” with samurai sword and adamantium claws extended.
The film takes Wolverine, the most iconic character of the X-Men universe, to modern-day Japan. Out of his depth in an unknown world, he will face a host of unexpected and deadly opponents in a life-or-death battle that will leave him forever changed.

Btw. Japan is not the only country where the film is named differently…
In Germany it is called: WOLVERINE – WEG DES KRIEGERS, which translates to WOLVERINE – WAY OF THE WARRIOR.
