While Jean Grey actress, Famke Janssen can’t reveal much about her role in THE WOLVERINE, besides saying “It’s a flashback sequence, but that’s all I can say,” she did open up to What Culture about why she thinks the X-MEN films are successful and continue to churn out mega-hits.
“I think that the X-Men series is a really successful one in constantly finding new and additional characters, or younger versions of the same characters to explore. Of course the X-Men as a comic book has so many characters that filmmakers can explore. I like what they’re doing. I think that they’ve always chosen really fine actors.
With X-Men: First Class you had Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence and James McAvoy so it’s amazing the kind of actors they keep getting for these. It’s a classy series so I’m proud to be a part of it.”

That “I’m Proud to be part of it” line sounds interesting.. I don’t know if she’s talking about her past involvement or her present involvement in the film..
I wouldn’t look so much into it considering now we know she is not White Phoenix of the Crown 🙁
Jean Grey is my favorite female character in the films and I am hoping she is back, but even if she isn’t it’s understandable given that she died twice already. I still think she will be back along with Cyclops, but will be shown once the timeline has been altered, so it’ll bee a small scene. I also believe that they will make a sequel right after this and do Cyclops justice in the next movie. I think that is the big announcement Mark Millar was referring to that we will be getting a sequel to DOFP by 2015. I mean the actors ar enot getting nay younger.
we’ll just see about it.. I think the best thing we can do is to wait and not expect to much.. 😀

she isn’t say anything about Came back only James Marden want’s to came back and that’s fine by me to see him again so i won’y botter 2 see him again and i m glad that Colossus,Icemen shadowcat and rogue came back those guy are back and its amazed me see them again Specialy Cyclops and colossus my 2 favorite character but to shame Jubilee it doesn’t be in this movie but well i m going to mis her so badly

I loved her being the Phoenix in LAST STAND. She was awesome… one of the most frightening characters ever. That scene with Xavier… still sends chills down my spine.
