Bryan Singer has tweeted another new behind-the-scenes photo from the Montreal set of X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST. This new shot features extras portraying Vietnam War protesters. The Vietnam War was a Cold War-era military conflict that occured in Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia from November 1955 to the fall of Saigon in April 1975. In January 1973, the same year the “past” timeline takes place in, President Nixon announced the suspension of offensive action against North Vietnam.
