DEADPOOL crew are gearing up for filming, which begins late March in Vancouver for a February 12, 2016 theatrical release. Star Ryan Reynolds gave fans a peek at some pre-production “prototypes” for Wade Wilson’s costume, teasing the comic-accurate mask and pair of gloves. The film is directed by VFX wizard Tim Miller of Blur Studios, with a screenplay by writing duo Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick. Longtime X-Men vets Lauren Shuler Donner and Simon Kinberg are producing.

It s great to see that they re designing a real costume not fully CGI. It feels more organic.
