The show follows David (Dan Stevens), who learns that there may be more to his mental visions than just schizophrenia. With the help of therapist Melanie Bird (Jean Smart) and his friend Lenny (Aubrey Plaza), David seeks to learn more about himself, before he fully loses sense of what’s real and what’s not.
