Longtime X-Men film and (now) television producer Lauren Shuler Donner shared a behind the scenes photo from the Dallas set of THE GIFTED pilot with director Bryan Singer for Fox TV.
It previews Amy Acker as Catilin Stewart, a woman who is struggling with her separation from husband, Reed (Stephen Moyer) and her increasingly challenging teenage children Lauren (Natalie Alyn Lind) and Andy (Percy Hynes White). When her family situation takes a dark turn, she finds that she’s stronger than she thinks.

Besides the main family unit, the pilot features newly-created characters Eclipse (Sean Teale) and Jace Turner (Coby Bell), including X-Men major staples Thunderbird (Blair Redford), Blink (Jamie Chung) and Polaris (Emma Dumont), along with mutant-hunting robots known as the Sentinels.
It is being executive produced by showrunner and writer Matt Nix, along with Shuler Donner, Singer, Simon Kinberg and Marvel TV’s Jeph Loeb and Jim Chory.
