X-MEN: THE NEW MUTANTS cast bond ahead of filming in Boston.

The best way to get onscreen chemistry is to have chemistry off the screen, and the cast of Josh Boone’s upcoming THE NEW MUTANTS seem to be having no issue with that.

In the past few weeks, actors Anya Taylor-Joy (Magik), Henry Zaga (Sunspot), Maisie Williams (Wolfsbane), Charlie Heaton (Cannonball) and Blu Hunt (Mirage) have found themselves bonding in the city Boston, just before they’re set to go before cameras to film the next spin-off in the X-Men film universe.

“New Mutants” will follow a group of young mutants that are being held in a secret facility against their will. Battling the dangers of their powers, as well as the sins of their past, they aren’t out to save the world — they’re just trying to save themselves.

The horror-themed film is schedule for release on April 13, 2018.
