Welcome to THE GIFTED world: Two new featurettes give a sneak peak at Fox’s X-Men series.

FOX released two new featurettes for THE GIFTED, which gives a closer look at the upcoming X-Men universe series. Cast members Stephen Moyer (Reed Strucker), Blair Redford (Thunderbird), Jamie Chung (Blink), Emma Dumont (Polaris) and Sean Teale (Eclipse) tease what’s to come, along with showrunner Matt Nix and pilot director and executive producer Bryan Singer.

The show follows the Strucker family when they learn that both of their kids, Lauren and Andy, possess mutant powers. On the run from a hostile government, they team up with an underground network of mutants in a world where Professor X’s X-Men and Magneto’s Brotherhood have gone missing.

“The Gifted” premiers on October 2 at 9pm/8c.
