That Hashtag Show confirms that DEADPOOL 2 stars Ryan Reynolds (Deadpool), Zazie Beetz (Domino) and Josh Brolin (Cable) will all return for director Drew Goddard’s X-FORCE spin-off. The film is gearing up for principal photography in October for a likely 2019 release.
It’s unknown which other characters will join the trio. In DP2, we’ll be introduced to Peter (Rob Delaney), Bedlam (Terry Crews), Shatterstar (Lewis Tan) and Zeitgeist (Bill Skarsgård), among others, including returning X-Men Negasonic Teenage Warhead (Brianna Hildebrand), Colossus (Stefan Kapicic) and newcomer Surge (Shioli Kutsuna).
It’s assumed the upcoming film will get an R-rating to match it’s Deadpool level of violence and language.
Goddard penned the script, with Simon Kinberg and Lauren Shuler Donner producing, along with Reynolds as executive producer.
