While speaking to Variety about her new Quibi series Survive, DARK PHOENIX star Sophie Turner was asked if she’d like to return to the X-Men series as Jean Grey. After the release of The New Mutants, the legendary 20th Century Fox/Studios film series goes on hiatus until Marvel Studios brings them into the Marvel Cinematic Universe under Disney.
“I don’t even know what the deal is, whether Disney wants to continue on the ‘X-Men’ journey [or not],” said Turner. “But I’d always be down to go back to that character and that cast and that experience.”
Adding, “We had just the best time on those movies. I would kill to go back.”
