Kelsey Grammer wants to return to the role of Dr. Henry McCoy, the BEAST! Speaking with Movieweb, the X-Men: The Last Stand actor said “If they don’t ask me to return to the role of Beast, I’ll never go to Disneyland again. I’d love for them to do that. I want to do that.”
We’ve only seen Grammer grace our screens as the furry blue ball twice — one of those being a brief cameo at the end of Days of Future Past. Many fans agree that he fits so well with the character.
Rumors persist that Marvel Studios will recast the entire X-Squad AFTER the original cast gets their MCU swan song. Patrick Stewart appeared as Professor X in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, and Hugh Jackman is already set to co-star as Wolverine with Ryan Reynolds in Deadpool 3. Marvel head Kevin Feige is (allegedly) looking to bring back a number of original cast members for Avengers: Secret Wars in 2026. Feige started his producing career working on the first X-Men, so it’d be a great way for him to pay tribute.
