‘Missing’ star Storm Reid wants to play STORM in the MCU.

Storm Reid revealed to ComicBook that she’s interested in portraying Storm in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. “I mean, I think it would be fitting to play Storm,” said the actress, who shares the same name. “I mean, why not? But, you know, in a perfect world.” The role was famously played by Halle Berry and Alexandra Shipp in the 20th Century Fox film series.

Reid is currently finding success with critics and audiences for her starring role in Sony’s Missing – a spiritual sequel to Searching (2018) – which made over $9 million on a $7 million production budget opening weekend. It’d be no surprise if she was already on Marvel’s radar for potential roles.
