We now know when DEADPOOL 3 is scheduled to begin filming! According to Midgard Times, director Shawn Levy is set to begin principal photography on May 22 at Pinewood Studios in London, UK. There will also be a second unit crew filming in Ryan Reynolds‘ hometown, Vancouver – British Columbia, Canada. Production is tentatively planned to conclude in October before going into post for a November 8, 2024 theatrical release.
The film will star Reynolds as the ever-so-loving Wade Wilson – a gentle fellow, who goes by the name of Deadpool. He will be joined by the legendary Hugh Jackman returning as Wolverine – Marvel’s favorite mutant and self-appointed Art teacher.
Update: According to the Film and Television Inudstry Alliance, filming in Vancouver is set to take place on May 1st. There’s no word if actors will be involved, or if it’s mainly 2nd unit stuff for outdoor shots. Stay tuned!
