Rob Liefeld hosting Comic Con scavenger hunt with DEADPOOL and WOLVERINE sketches

Comic book creator Rob Liefeld is giving away four Deadpool and Wolverine combo sketches in a scavenger hunt at this year’s Comic Con International in San Diego. The artist and writer has employed individuals to hide the artworks across the city for each day of the con (July 20-23), and will provide hints of their whereabouts via his social media accounts.

“This is a chance to celebrate the comic book origins of these characters,” he told The Hollywood Reporter re: this year’s event being more focused on comics and animation due to the SAG-AFTRA and WGA strikes, disallowing actors and talent from promoting their projects in the famed Hall H.

Asked if the winners of previous scavenger hunts sell their finds for cash, Liefeld said “People generally keep them, but I don’t care what people do with them. Once they are yours, they are yours.”
