the SUPER🦸: Final Trailer For THE MARVELS Appears To Tease X-MEN

the SUPER🦸 — Be there for the moment that changes everything. Marvel Studios released the final trailer for THE MARVELS, which arrives in theaters Thursday night. Starring Brie Larson, Teyonah Parris, and Iman Vellani, this new look at Nia DaCosta‘s film amps up the action and shows off some of the finished CGI sequences. We also get a better idea of the plot, which seems to involve a “different reality bleeding into” the MCU as we know it.

Did you spot the X-Men tease?! The blink and you miss it moment shows Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris) sitting in a medical room, with a mystery woman walking past her. If you look at the electronic screen in the background, it shows an “X” symbol in the bottom right corner. Might we actually meet an X-Man or two in the film? Find out later this week!

Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel has reclaimed her identity from the tyrannical Kree and taken revenge on the Supreme Intelligence. But unintended consequences see Carol shouldering the burden of a destabilized universe. When her duties send her to an anomalous wormhole linked to a Kree revolutionary, her powers become entangled with that of Jersey City super-fan, Kamala Khan aka Ms. Marvel, and Carol’s estranged niece, now S.A.B.E.R. astronaut Captain Monica Rambeau. Together, this unlikely trio must team-up and learn to work in concert to save the universe as “The Marvels.”
