X-MEN ’97 Receives An Emmy Nomination!

The legacy of Marvel’s mutants reached a new pinnacle as X-Men ’97, the animated revival of the beloved 1990s series, received a Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Animated Program.

The Marvel Animation show has been praised for its swift and juicy storytelling, peak animation, and character development. With Beau DeMayo’s talented pen and orchestration, season one dived deep into themes of identity, discrimination, and unity, which strongly resonated with fans. Its blend of action, drama, and social commentary reflects what makes the X-Men universe so great, staying true to the spirit of the original series while addressing modern-day issues.
