Terry Crews On Not Returning As Bedlam In DEADPOOL & WOLVERINE

Deadpool & Wolverine featured a number of cameos, but one character notably missing was Bedlam, the X-Force member that was last seen crashing through a bus window. Speaking with ComicBook, actor Terry Crews reveals that there were some early talks about his involvement, but nothing ultimately came from it.

“There were some things that we were talking about, but it didn’t work out,” he said. “That’s okay. First of all, Ryan is the man. Being in Deadpool 2 was incredible. Ryan is a great friend, and I’m just happy he’s bringing the whole thing back. We needed this man, we needed this back.”

DP2 left things on a question mark with Bedlam, as he was seen being helped after his tragic accident. We also don’t know the statuses of Cable (Josh Brolin) and Domino (Zazie Beetz).

“People tried to say that we died, but when you look at Deadpool 2, I was actually being resuscitated,” he continued. “The other guys died, but you could see them kind of working on me. I think somebody kind of thought, ‘Hey, there might be a way.'”

Crews said that he’s open for another go, should he get another call in the future. “I think that the thing is once you get it, there’ll be more. My job is just to be ready when it’s time they need me.”

“This whole universe just keeps going. I’m open,” Crews added. “I think that the thing is once you get it, there’ll be more. My job is just to be ready when it’s time when they need me.”
