Jennifer Garner is having fun after returning to the role of Elektra in Marvel Studios’ Deadpool & Wolverine, which recently crossed the $1 billion mark at the global box office. The actor posted behind the scenes video of herself on set with her trusty sai in-hand.
In the next video, Garner hosts an on-set cooking show or sorts in full-costume. Watch as Elektra makes a smoothie.
“Elektra Smoothie. A great and filling way for all superheroes – cape wearing or not – to start their day,” wrote Garner.
There’s also video of her training for the physical role. Garner last appeared as Elektra in her self-titled solo film back in 2005. It was great seeing her back in action as the Marvel character!
“I didn’t know that Elektra and I needed an ending, but Shawn [Levy] and Ryan [Reynolds] did,” she shared. “They are gifted in many ways, but seeing and elevating people around them is at the top of the list.”
Deadpool & Wolverine is now playing in theaters.
