Marvel Studios’ Deadpool & Wolverine dropped to the no. 3 spot after its 8th weekend at the box office; this is the first time that’s happened since release. Playing in 3,075 theaters in the United States (-325 from last week), director Shawn Levy’s film pulled in $5.2 million (-26% drop) for a domestic total of $621.5 million.
Internationally, it added an estimated $5.7 million to a $683.5 million haul, bringing the worldwide total (so far) to $1.3 billion – a new milestone!
Other films in the top 10 include Beetlejuice Beetlejuice ($51.6 million), Speak No Evil ($11.5 mllion), Am I Racist? ($4.75 million), Reagan ($2.96 million), The Killer’s Game ($2.6 million), Alien: Romulus ($2.4 million), It Ends With Us ($2.02 million), The Forge ($2.01 million) and God’s Not Dead: In God We Trust ($1.466 million).
