This awesome video from Marvel summarizes the iconic death of Gwen Stacy from the Spider-Man comic books. We follow Miss Minutes of the Time Variance Authority as she details the events leading to Gwen’s untimely demise at the hands of Green Goblin.
The character has yet to make their appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but she was last portrayed in live-action by Dallas Bryce Howard in Spider-Man 3 (2007). An animated multiverse variant of the character is also prominently featured as Spider-Woman/Spider-Gwen voiced by Hailee Steinfeld in Sony’s Into the Spider-Verse (2018) animated film series.
This TVA vide showing the history of Marvel Comics (the original timeline) is pretty cool, and we hope to see more of these produced in the future.
