Halle Berry has finally responded to rumors that she’s included in Marvel Studios’ gigantic cast for Avengers: Doomsday, which (confirmed by Kevin Feige at CinemaCon) will see the Avengers, Wakandans, Fantastic Four, Thunderbolts, and original X-Men fighting Doctor Doom.
Speaking with AP Entertainment while promoting a future project with Chris Hemsworth, Berry said “Keep waiting. It’s not gonna be there,” possibly alluding to a return in Avengers: Secret Wars. Marvel actors are usually on NDAs and told to not reveal their involvement in projects, so she could be throwing fans off the trail.
Berry also told Extra TV “Nope,” when asked. Mind you, she was laughing and Hemsworth looked surprised and saddened.
Avengers: Doomsday arrives in theaters on May 1, 2026.
