Spoilers follow…
Chris Evans (Steve Rogers, Captain America) will play an important role in the Russo brothers upcoming blockbuster. Evans’ return isn’t too shocking, as the actor recently appeared as Johhny Storm/Human Torch in Deadpool & Wolverine, so we knew he was still under the Marvel/Disney umbrella.
While we’re keeping details of what actually happens in the clip under wraps, the preview continues threads left open by Avengers: Endgame.
Among the teasers, are we getting an X-Men specific clip for Doomsday? There’s no official word on that just yet, so we’ll have to wait and see. Obviously, Marvel’s mutant team are a huge pull for this film, but whether they’re ready to show them in all their glory is anyone’s guess. It’s clear there’s a well thought-out marketing plan at play.
Avengers: Doomsday arrives in theaters on December 18, 2026.
