Prime Video has released two posters for Spider-Noir, giving us our best look yet at Nicolas Cage suited up for the highly-anticipated Prime Video series. After premiering several stills on Esquire, the new, moody one-sheets continue to lean heavily into the pulp-inspired aesthetic, spotlighting a hardened wall-crawler who looks like he’s seen more than his fair share of New York’s darkest nights. With a teaser trailer set to debut tomorrow, excitement is quickly building as audiences prepare for their first real footage from the project.

Set in 1930s New York City, Spider-Noir follows an aging and battle-worn private investigator who just happens to operate under a masked identity. The series is scheduled to premiere on Prime Video in Spring 2026, though an exact release date is still under wraps. The show will run for eight episodes, and in a stylistic twist that perfectly fits the character, viewers will have the option to watch the series in either full color or classic black and white.

What makes this especially thrilling is that Spider-Noir represents the first modern live-action project to fully step into Sony’s Spider-Man universe outside of Peter Parker’s traditional story. After years of animated multiversal storytelling and standalone villain films, it’s exciting to finally see a live-action Spider-Men universe concept truly take shape. Bringing Nicolas Cage, who previously voiced the character in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, into the role in live-action form feels like a full-circle moment.

If the newly released posters are any indication, Spider-Noir is aiming for something stylish and tonally distinct. With Cage’s commanding presence, this series could carve out a unique corner of Marvel-inspired television landscape. All eyes are now on Thursday’s teaser trailer, which will pull back the curtain on this shadowy new chapter.
