The cast of X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST are expected to arrive in Montreal by this weekend, reports Journal de Montreal. Filming commences Monday morning, April 15th, with director Bryan Singer at the helm.

Halle Berry announced last week that she was expecting a child. Fans wonder if this will disrupt her chance to play Storm in the film, though chances are her pregnancy was discussed during the time of her contract signing. Last Saturday, Berry was honored by the U.N. World Food Programme for her charity work. The actress told CNN “I hope [with the charity] we go [to locations where meals are sent] while I’m pregnant, so I can talk about prenatal care. And I will have time off. I’m not working right now.”

Other “X-Men” actors have been spotted preparing for the upcoming epic, due in theaters July 18, 2014: Daniel Cudmore (Colossus) tweeted about his recent costume fitting, and workout regime. Nicholas Hoult’s new “Beast” makeup was teased. Hugh Jackman (Wolverine) was snapped jogging in New York, while Ellen Page (Kitty Pryde) hit the gym in Los Angeles.
