The Hollywood Reporter — Gina Carano has closed a deal with 20th Century Fox to join Ryan Reynolds in DEADPOOL. Carano will play Angel Dust, a character who (in the comics) is largely connected with an underground mutant group known as The Morlocks. She has the ability to increase her adrenaline, gaining superhuman strength for a short time.
Colossus is also slated to appear in the film. Played by Daniel Cudmore in the X-franchise, the character has a fun role in the leaked screenplay and it looks like he’ll crossover to the film. Cudmore says he “can’t comment” regarding this info as his casting has yet to be solidified .
Thanks for the love everyone! As far as #deadpool I can't comment..
