Now this is pretty awesome. Director Bryan Singer recently announced that newcomer Lana Condor will portray Jubilee in X-MEN: APOCALYPSE! Not much is known about the young actress or her role in the film. The character was originally planned for the future sequences of DAYS OF FUTURE PAST before being cut from the film’s screenplay. Jubilee was last portrayed by Katrina Florece in X-MEN and Kea Wong in X2 and THE LAST STAND as minor cameos.

Unexpected. I love Jubes. The actress is spot-on.
I have been waiting for this for a decade, after those woefully inadequate cameos in the original trilogy. This is incredible news, I trust Singer to get her right.
