Havok is back! Bryan Singer alerted fans via Instagram that Lucas Till will reprise his role as Alex Summers in X-MEN: APOCALYPSE. This is Till’s third time playing the character, who has the ability to emit forces from his body. He’s Cyclops younger brother in the comics, but things will have to be altered on-screen as Havok is much older than Cyclops in the film’s 1983 setting.
He joins a growing cast which includes pre-existing X-Men cast members, along with newcomers Tye Sheriden as Scott Summers, Sophie Turner as Jean Grey, Alexandra Shipp as Storm, Kodi Smit-McPhee as Nightcrawler, Olivia Munn as Psylocke, Lana Condor as Jubilee, Ben Hardy as Archangel and Oscar Isaac as the villainous En Sabah Nur.
In other news, Singer posted a photo (below) of himself with crew members scouting a location for the Xavier mansion.
The film hits theaters on May 27, 2016!
